Service Description
Our domestic cleaning service is designed to keep your home fresh, hygienic, and beautifully maintained. Whether you require weekly, fortnightly, or one-off support, we deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning tailored to your needs. From kitchens and bathrooms to living spaces and bedrooms, we ensure every visit leaves your home spotless and cared for. We charge £25 per hour with a minimum 2-hour booking applies.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation Domestic Cleaning appointments are confirmed instantly upon booking. Deep Cleaning and End of Tenancy Cleaning services are subject to approval, and final duration and pricing will be confirmed after reviewing the property details provided. Minimum Booking Domestic Cleaning services require a minimum booking of 2 hours. Access & Availability Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the appointment may be cancelled and charges may apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Pricing & Duration Adjustments For Deep Cleaning and End of Tenancy services, final pricing and duration may vary depending on property size and condition. Any adjustments will be discussed and agreed prior to the service commencing. Health & Safety We reserve the right to refuse service in environments deemed unsafe or hazardous. Clients must inform us in advance of any specific conditions, pets, or special requirements.
